The film is presenting the routine of the familiar block and the popular characters that appeared in the previous films...

The block has changed a lot since then: the new generation residents, namely Azat's granddaughter Arus and former chubby «violin nagger» nicknamed Dimedrol, have founded a start-up. A young man from China, named Chuan Lee, is renting Hrant's apartment. The latter is unknowingly involved in a clandestine scheme which has to do with smuggled gold. Who could ever imagine the chaos that fell over the good old yard after the arrival of the Hong Kong mafia...

 And all would be good, if not the illegal gold, planted by Hong Kong mafia thugs in Chuan Li's rented apartment. As if it wasn't bad enough, the gold disappears, so the mafiosi turn to the local criminal authority Paco, who is supposed to get it back.

The incredible plot twists create difficult dilemmas for the characters. Nevertheless, the old and new residents of the yard come up with fantastic ideas and help each other to find brilliant solutions for seemingly hopeless situations.
